In this case report, we present an individual with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented featuring an unusual clinical manifestation.
The patient's initial symptoms included marked proximal muscle weakness, along accompanied by urinary incontinence. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed elevated protein levels consistent with amyloid deposits. Neuroimaging studies demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.
The patient was treated supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Nevertheless treatment, the patient's condition deteriorated significantly. This case underscores the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with focal motor deficits.

We describe a unusual case of Crohn's disease in a 35-year-old female presenting with novel symptoms. The patient initially described manifestations of fatigue, which were initially attributed a common gastrointestinalcondition. Further investigation revealed inflammatory bowel disease. Clinical Presentation
A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.
Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.
The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
